Refund policy

Upon the return of the item, under the condition that the item is in tact and undamaged, we will issue a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping, therefore expect the item to be properly packaged and undamaged upon the return arrival. We do not accept returns on items that are intuitively chosen. We do not accept returns of items purchased outside of this website. We also do not accept returns of items that are sold in multiple quantity; for example, a tumbled stone which is randomly chosen from the batch of the multiple that are available.
