Black salt is used for protection and to ward of any negative energy. It can also be used to cast a ritual circle. I have used many modes of protection around the house and realize that protection is something that’s best if up-kept. Black salt is my favorite method of maintaining my sacred space as it lasts longer and in my opinion, works the best.
I recommend using a pinch of black salt in every corner of your home, finishing with throwing the last pinch out the front door. I also recommend doing this once a month for best results. Please be careful using black salt as it can stain due to the charcoal content.
